america is under attack from without and from within. when you see the mountains of debt we are putting on our grandchildren, the bailouts, the so-called stimulus, cap and trade, and now pelosi care, this is an attack on america and our freedom. there is nothing about adding hundreds of billions in new taxes that is health care reform. massive new government regulations is not health care reform. rationing of health care is not health care reform. bureaucracy, telling doctors what they can do as they treat patients is not health care reform. public funding of abortion is not health care reform. so thank you for coming to washington.

or observation and then some simple math. every single insurance co. across america including every different blue cross blue shield company, whether for- profit or non-profits, has recently started a fabulous little thing called medical cuttoding. if i break my arm in texas the companies there have different coding then if i break my arm in florida or new york. so there are 1300 different codes for 1300 different companies for the same broken arm. it seems to me if there were just a single code across the company for every company, doctor, that we would speed up and save billions of dollars per year. over $300,003,000 per individual is $100 billion. give or take that is every year. it means we basically paid for health care and there is none of this paying $700 per month here or $9,000 per month there four different insurance. now everybody is covered. host: thanks, woodie. guest: 2 his first point -- is just not right. i think he misunderstands what goes on. with regard to coding, there are national standards. it is not payer-driven. it is government-driven. there is an international classi

today. that is what i believe we need at our post camps and stations across america. that is just substance abuse. if i look at mental health care provider, in the last two years, we have hired about 900. i see a shortage today somewhere in the vicinity of 800. >> and then begs the question of, with these continues -- continued shortages, is there any concern that the quality of your mental health professionals in the army is going to slip? that people are being promoted when perhaps they should not be? >> i have no doubt -- i have no data to show that whatsoever. the problem i have is not my problem all along. the reason why i am having a problem with mental health care providers is the united states society as whole as having a problem with mental health care providers. they are not available. it makes it very difficult for us to make up our shortage. that is why i look to other ways of trying to get that kind of help. that is one of the reasons i am so excited about what we just did online. if this were to prove that we could do this in post-camps for returning soldiers, i beli
